What are your office hours?
Our office at 115 Krogh Street, Louis Trichardt, is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. If you contact us after hours, we will reply on the next business day.
How quickly will you respond when I contact us?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one business day. Urgent SARS, CIPC or payroll deadlines are prioritised, so let us know in your message if a deadline is close.
Do I need an appointment to visit the office?

Can we meet online instead of at the office?
Yes. Many of our clients never need to visit us. When you contact us, choose an online video call or a phone call as your preferred way to meet, and we will send you the details.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Bring your ID or company registration documents, recent bank statements, any letters from SARS or the CIPC, and details of the accounting software you use. If you are unsure, bring what you have and we will guide you.
Is the first consultation free?
New clients who would like to become recurring monthly clients are welcome to a free consultation to discuss their needs. Once-off work is quoted after we understand what is required.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve businesses and individuals in Louis Trichardt, Makhado, the Vhembe district and across Limpopo. Because we work online, we also help clients elsewhere in South Africa, so wherever you are, you are welcome to contact us.
